These terms and conditions govern your use of yourpetstop.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Your Pet Stop. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to these terms.

About us
Your Pet Stop is an online retailer of pet products based in Australia. We operate primarily as a dropshipping business, meaning most orders are fulfilled directly by our third-party suppliers on our behalf and shipped to you from their warehouses.

Products and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, images and pricing. However, colours, packaging and minor product details may vary from images shown, and occasional pricing or listing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and, where an order has been affected by a pricing error, to cancel and refund that order.

Orders and payment
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or supplier stock unavailability, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.

Shipping
As a dropshipping business, delivery times vary depending on the supplier and product, and are estimated (not guaranteed) on each product page. Shipping costs and timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to all goods and services purchased in Australia.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Pet Stop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
