Our current range is fulfilled by overseas supplier warehouses (primarily China). Typical transit time is approximately 5-11 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the specific product. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed - occasional delays with international carriers or customs processing can extend delivery times, especially around peak periods.

 

We are working towards adding Australian-warehoused stock for popular items in future, which will offer faster local delivery. Until then, please factor the above timeframe into your purchase decision, particularly for gifts or time-sensitive needs.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

 

Tracking

Where available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some suppliers may take a few days to update tracking information after dispatch.
